Since 1985 the Chicago Roll Company has been an industry leader providing state-of-the-art design, manufacturing and refurbishing of tooling to suport the tube, pipe and roll-form industry. The Chicago Roll facility located in Lombard Illinois boasts over 48,000 square feet of manufacturing space dedicated exclusively to roll tooling. Our facility was designed specifically for manufacturing tube, pipe and roll form tooling. Our state of the art facility is spacious, clean, and is home to the most advanced CNC equipment available in the industry.

We manage all projects in house from beginning to end, starting with our expert sales team that can assist with determining your exact specifications. Each sales professional goes through extensive training to understand all facets of the roll form business. Our sales reps become the project manager to ensure that all projects are completed on-time and on-budget. 

Our manufacturing facility currently operates 17 CNC turning-center machines that are capable of 24 hour operations. These modern machines are integrated with our engineering department for easy downloading of CNC codes based on acurate design specifications - ensuring quick and accurate machining of your roll form tooling. We consistently stock over 100,000 pounds of D2 and H13 material with bar stock up to 16" in diameter. Diameters greater than 16" are ordered as needed.This ensures that our customers are provided the quickest possible turnaround time - especially for those emergency situations that usually happen at the worst possible time.
